For service on any products sold by AVI please do the
following:
- Call first so that we can verify, with you, that
your unit is actually malfunctioning. We prefer to work with you to help
save time and money.
- Once the problem is verified with our staff we
will issue a Service Authorization (SA) number to help track your service
needs.
- Please package the product securely so that the
product will not be further damaged during shipping.
- Include a note inside of the package that
describes the problem. Please include your name, return shipping address,
telephone number, and Email address.
- Ship the unit via common carrier to our Lafayette,
Indiana address.
- We will assess the problem and contact you with a
repair estimate.
- If the item is an Eye-D Cam product we will repair
the device here.
- If the item is not an Eye-D Cam product we will
send the device to the proper repair center.
- Shipping and all repair charges must be paid prior
to returning the unit to you.
